ATTENTION K-5 MUSIC STUDENTS AND PARENTS! Due to an internet and e-school outage today, I was not able to send the newsletter for this week. This week is CATCH-UP WEEK. Any missing assignments should be submitted by this Wednesday Nov. 16. Check Schoology for missing or incomplete assignments. They will be indicated by an orange hexagon and possibly a comment. Interim grades will be reported this week.

Join us at Dave and Buster’s on Thursday, November 17th from 3:00-7:00. Keep your receipt for Dress Casual Day on Friday, November 18th. LRSD dress code must be followed.

With colder temperatures in the forecast, please make sure students have warm clothing for recess and lunch.

Forest Heights will sell $1 candy grams Monday Nov 14th – 18th. Elementary grams will be sold after the morning announcements, and Middle school grams will be sold at their lunchtime.

From Ms. Lamb- Hello Eagle Parents!! We would like to do a Cider Bar and then we will do a Cocoa Bar in December for the staff. We also do games and give away gift cards. The gift cards can be any amount from any place. We have a staff of 100. Below is a list of some items we use but anything is appreciated. Apple Cider: Pre-Mixed Apple Cider, Bag of Apples, Bag of Oranges, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves   Cocoa Mix:Marshmallows, Chocolate Syrup, Candy Canes, Cinnamon Candy, Redi Whip, Cups with lids, Spoons

Student Council will have Casual for a Can tomorrow. Students must bring a can food item in order to participate. Students must adhere to LRSD Dress Code.

From Nurse Chauvet- We have sickness going around the entire district (Flu, Stomach Bug, Viruses). Please remember to monitor your children. Good Morning Families! LRSD has partnered with the Arkansas Food Bank to distribute food for qualifying families. Qualifying families may pick up two boxes of non-perishable food items. Boxes will be distributed TODAY from 1PM-4PM while supplies last. This event will take place at the Henderson Teaching/Learning Center 401 Barrow Rd.
