Good morning eagle parents! This is a reminder K-2 students will take the winter NWEA Map Growth assessments this Tuesday and Wednesday. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00.
Tuesday- Reading
Wednesday- Math
Make-up testing will be completed as needed.

FHSA 2nd Quarter Honor's Assembly
Attention 7th and 8th grade parents: Soccer tryouts will be held Monday, January 23 and Thursday, January 26 from 2:45 - 4: 30 pm. Bus transportation will be provided. Students must have an updated physical and parental consent form turned into Coach Fondren either by physical copy or digitally before being allowed to come to tryouts, no exceptions. Students will need appropriate clothing, cleats or tennis shoes, and a water bottle. If you have any other questions, please email Coach Fondren at daniel.fondren@lrsd.org.
Attention Middle School Students and Parents-
FHSA Middle School Homecoming Ceremony will take place January 19th at 5:30pm. The Homecoming Dance will be January 20th from 6-8 for $6. Tickets will go on sale January 13. Please see Ms. McDonnell and Mr. Harris for any questions.

Yours truly, along with some of my amazingly talented friends, will be a featured vocalist for the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra’s (ASO) Home For the Holidays Concert this weekend, Dec. 16-18. Yes! Tonight, Saturday, and Sunday. The concert also features a massive choir of 100 voices made up from Parkview, LR Central, and Bryant High School students and they sound AMAZING! Some of our own former FHSA students are in the choir and would also appreciate your support.

All performances are held at Robinson Auditorium, downtown Little Rock.

It's almost time for our Pop Up Spirit Night at Dairy Queen, 6100 W. 12th! Stop by between 3 and 7 p.m. and help raise money for our 6th grade boys basketball team!
Good morning! The office is still accepting donations for the Hot Chocolate and Apple Cider bar for the staff and the gift-card giveaways. Gift-cards can be any amount to any place. Thank you to all of the parents who have already donated, we really appreciate it!
FHSA MS and Hall HS Choral Departments invite you to our Winter Showcase at Hall HS at 6:00PM on Tuesday 13th. The concert will feature all five FHSA Middle School Choirs and the Hall HS Choir. Donations of $1.00 are accepted at the door but are not required. So, join in the community festivities, bring your families, and support our Singing Eagles!
